The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host their neighbors the Northern Adirondack Bobcats in non-league action. The game would start off tight actually as tight as it could get as they would be tied at 10 after the first quarter. In the second quarter the Bulldogs would pull ahead barely as they would have 25-22 lead at the break. When the teams would return for the second half the Bobcats defense would step in the third quarter as the Bobcats would outscore the Bulldogs 17-5 and take the 39-30 lead after three. The Bulldogs would try there best in the fourth to get back in the game but their efforts would come up short and they would fall 48-39 to the Bobcats. Even with the Bulldogs lose Danielle Charland and Abby Barnes would each have 11 points as they fall to 0-1. Gallery

It would be the start of the JV season as the Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Northern Adirondack Bobcats. The Bulldogs would take the early 16-6 lead after the first quarter and not look back. The Bulldogs would extend there lead to 26-15 at the intermission. When the teams came back for the third quarter it would be more of the same as the Bulldogs would win the quarter making it 40-25. Then in the fourth quarter the Bulldogs would just need to cruise as they would secure the 45-35 victory. In the winning effort Alica Cook would lead the way with 18 points as the Bulldogs go to 1-0 on the season. Gallery

The Chateaugay Bulldogs would meet the Lake Placid Blue Bombers in the first round of the New York State Class D Volleyball Tournament. The upset-minded Lake Placid Blue Bombers would be taken out of there game early and the Chateaugay Bulldogs would get the easy straight-sets to win in just over an hour. The scores of the three games are 25-12 25-16 25-10. With the win the Bulldogs go to 20-0 on the season and will travel to Gloversville on November 9 to take on Waterford for the right to go the final four. Gallery

The Chateaugay Bulldogs and Malone Huskies would meet for the Section X championship. The Bulldogs would get the straight-set victory by scores of 33-31, 25-20, 25-19. With the Huskies having to play an earlier match against Potsdam and a long first game the freshness of the Bulldogs would come into play. With the win the Bulldogs perfect season continues at 19-0. Chateaugay's Kylie Hanley (35) and Edward-Knox's Marissa Johnson (2) meet at the net and the ball falls for a Bulldog point. The #1 Chateaugay Bulldogs would play #2 Edwards-Knox Cougars in Section X Class D Championship at Massena High School. The Bulldogs would need four games to get the championship 25-16, 25-8, 19-25, 25-20. With the victory the Bulldogs have won there eight straight championships. Now they play the winner of Northern Adirondack and Lake Placid in the State Tournament on November 6 at Massena High School. Gallery
