T. Malik Masonry (82) would intercept the ball in the endzone to end the game. Roto-Roters and T. Malinik Masonry would meet during week 6 of the season. Roto-Roters would take the 7-0 lead nine minutes in on Harry Rascoe's score. Just two minutes later Malinik's would tie the game at seven on Chris Castine's 45-yard score. Malik's would take the 14-7 lead on a 31-yard strike. Roto-Roters would score in the last minute of the second half on Brandon Lamica's touchdown but would fail on the extra point to give Malinik the 14-13 win. With the win T. Malinik Masonry would go to 4-2 while Roto-Roters fall to 5-1. Gallery

Roto Roters would take the early 7-0 lead on Chris Fish interception touchdown. Roto-Roters would extend there lead to 15-0 on Brandon Lamica's touchdown reception. The North Country Rebels would try to get back in the game in the second half on Kenny Karnley's touchdown run to make it 14-7. That would be it though as Roto-Roters would hang on for the win to go to 4-1 on the season. Gallery

Mac would take the 2-0 lead 3 minutes into the game. T. Mac would take the 9-0 lead on the 1 yard run by Chris Castine. Then in the second half special teams would help them out as they would score on a punt return and safety to secure the 18-0 victory. With the win Malinik goes to 3-2 on the season. Gallery

Peabody's' Mackenzie Haskins with the diving swipe of the flags and gets them for the stop. Peabody's/Kneucraft would face the North Country Rebels in game five of the season. Peabody's would take the 6-0 lead on Chris Strack's 2-yard touchdown reception at the 16-minute mark. The Monsters would take the lead 7-6 on the Quarterback keeper at the 9-minute mark. Peabody's and Chris Strack would strike again with four minutes remaining to take the 12-7 lead and victory. With the victory Peabodies ends there winless season and goes to 1-4 on the season. This years tournament would have seven teams between 6 schools (Saranac A & B, Chateaugay, Plattsburgh, Peru, Ogdensburg, and Northeastern Clinton). When it was all said and done the Chateaugay Bulldogs would win the tournament with a record of an 11-1 and Plattsburgh would be second at 10-2. It would be another great tournament with all teams having a great time as sectionals rapidly approach. Gallery

Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Football Week 7 Beekmantown Eagles Vs Ausable Valley Patriots October 19 2013

Beekmantown's Quenten Barber (88) with the leaping catch across the middle of the field in traffic. The Beekmantown Eagles would host the Ausable Valley Patriots in the final week of the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference season. The Eagles would have a 14-0 lead after the first quarter on two scores from Justin Stevens one rushing and the other on a punt return. The Patriots would try to keep it close when Scott Douglas would score on a 15-yard reception at 1:29 in. The Eagles would answer right back with Justin Stevens's third touchdown on the day at 5:31 to make it 21-6. The Eagles would extend the lead to 28-6 on Kyle Dupingey on a 35-yard touchdown. With ten seconds left in the half, Jacob Remchuk would scramble from 9 yards out to make it 35-6 at the break. Just 1:47 into the second half it would be more of the same as Quenton Barber would score a 65-yard punt return to make it 42-6. Then at the 6-minute mark of third Devin Fessette would take it up the middle from 5 yards out for the score to make it 48-6. Then just as the fourth quarter would start the Eagles would strike one last time this time from Kyle Dupingey for the 55-6 victory. With the win, the Eagles would finish the season at 4-3 while Patriots fall to 1-6.

The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Salmon River Shamrocks in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would get the three games to one win. The scores of the games would be 25-12, 25-6, 20-25, 25-9. The Bulldogs would get great team play in there win to the extent there undefeated season to thirteen games. The Bulldogs are right back in action tomorrow as they head to Brushton-Moira. Gallery

The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks in Section X East Division action. The game would remain scoreless until the 35th minute when the Bulldogs would take the 1-0 lead on Brianna Cook's goal. The Bulldogs would extend the lead under a minute later when Brianna Cook would score again to make it 2-0. Then in the 39th minute, the Bulldogs would score again to take a 3-0 lead on Haylee Towers' goal. That is where the game would remain until the 76th minute when Rachel Young would score for the Bulldogs to give them the 4-0 win. In the winning effort, the Bulldogs remain undefeated at 12-0-1 on the season. Gallery

Empire Football League Championship #2 Plattsburgh North Stars Vs #3 Syracuse Shock October 12 2013

The Shock would take the early 8-0 on their opening drive. The North Stars would fight right back and tie the game at 8 on Dexter Geoghan touchdown. Although the Shock would score one more before the end of the quarter to make it 14-8 Shock. The North Stars would take the 15-14 lead on Brett Boyers 62 yard touchdown score. From there on it would be a shocking game as they would have 22 unanswered points to secure the 36-15 victory for the championship. Gallery

Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Football Week 6 Beekmantown Eagles Vs Saranac Lake Red Storm October 12 2013

Beekmantown's Cameron Garceau (1) break up the pass in endzone attended for Saranac Lake's Dylan Gunther (11). The Beekmantown Eagles and Saranac Lake Red Storm would meet during week 6 of Champlain Valley Athletic Conference action. This would be a match of equally matched teams with most of the scoring coming in the first quarter. The Red Storm would strike twice and the Eagles once on Devin Fessetes score to make it 14-7 after one. Then in second quarter, the teams would trade scores with the Eagles score coming from Cameron Garceau to make it 21-14 Red Storm at the break. That is where the game would remain until the earlier part of the 4th when the Eagles would tie the game up at 21 on Justin Stevens running score. Although on the Red Storm drive they would march right down the field and score the game-winner to give the Red Storm the 28-21 victory. With the win, the Red Storm goes to 4-2 while the Eagles fall to 3-3 on the season.
