Chateaugay Bulldogs Courtney Boyea delivers a strike for one of her eight strikeouts on the day. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would make easy work of the Lisbon Golden Knights with 12-0 victory. The Bulldogs would get single runs in the 2nd and 3rd inning but then would explode for seven in the 4th to put the game away. In the winning effort, Courtney Boyea would pitch a one-hit shutout while striking out eight. With the win, the Bulldogs start there season off 1-0. Gallery

The Bulldogs would give up two runs in the first inning and just couldn't claw there way back into the game. The Bulldogs would have some errors in the middle that would cost them a chance. Arch Rivals the Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets in the last game of the season with the East Division crown on the line. The game would be a rough and tumble hard-fought game throughout that would never get bigger than a ten-point difference. The game would be tied at 11 after the first and 21 at the break. before the Yellow Jackets would prevail with the 46-44 victory. With the Yellow Jackets win them and the Bulldogs would be crowned co-east champs. The Bulldogs finish the season at 17-1 overall and 11-1 in the division. Malayala fleury had twelve boards and play a great all-around game. Alexis Beach had another stellar defensive effort for the win. Alexis bottlenecked their offense from baseline to baseline. Alexis had seven steals in the win and three assist. Hannah Cook had five steals and three assists. Courtney Boyea would lead all scorers with 25 points. The Bulldogs would start off slow but end the first quarter on a 15-2 run and that would close the book on the game. The Bulldogs would have a 24-12 lead at break and cruise to the 45-26 victory. In the winning effort, Abby Barnes would have 11 rebounds and Courtney Boyea would have a game-high 19 points. With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 12-4 on the season and 8-1 in the division.
