Chateaugay's Irreyln Laplante (12) breaks in past the defenders and lays it off the window for the score as the Bulldogs get the 52-35 victory. The #1-ranked team in New York State Class D would travel to Plattsburgh to take on Section VII Class A and see if they can continue their undefeated season. It would be tight through the first quarter, but both teams would have their offenses humming, as the #1 Bulldogs would be just a bit better, leading 15-13. In the second quarter, the Bulldogs would stay hot as they would double up the Hornets with a 12-6 quarter and have the 27-19 lead as they hit the intermission. When the teams returned for the third quarter, the Bulldogs showed no signs of slowing, as they posted a 13-7 quarter and took a 40-26 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs would put the final touches on the Hornets with a 12-9 quarter as they secured the 52-35 victory. In the winning effort, the Bulldogs stay perfect on the season at 16-0 as they have their last regular season game Thursday against Canton. As for the Plattsburgh Hornets, they fall to 10-8 as they will end their season at Moriah on Wednesday night. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Brannon Butler (23) with the hard on Fredonia State's Hudson Cameron (10), knocking him off the puck. It would be the second game of the Cardinals' weekend homestand with Western New York as they would take on the Fredonia State Blue Devils in front of nearly 1300 fans at the Ronald B Stafford Ice Arena. The Cardinals would get off to a quick start, scoring just 21 seconds into the game, thanks to Gabriel Filion. The game would stay there all the way til the 8:51 mark of the second period when the Blue Devils would tie the game at one on the Mathieu Fournier goal. The Cardinals would answer right back two minutes later and regain the lead at 2-1 on the Colin Callahan goal. Then,n at the 16:14 mark of the second period, they would extend their lead to 3-1 when Shane Bondy would light the lamp. The Blue Devils would answer back just 43 seconds into the third period when Luke Morris would score to make it a 3-2 game. The Blue Devils would keep fighting and get the equalizer with just 33 seconds left in the game when Owen Cross would score to force overtime. However, the Cardinals would get the last one with just ten seconds left in the extra frame, when Quinn Tavares would send the fans home happy with the 4-3 win In the winning effort as Beau Lane would make 28 saves as they go to 12-10 on the season as they head into there final home game of the season against the Skidmore Mustangs. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals celebrate as they get the game-winner with just ten seconds left in overtime. It would be a SUNYAC Men's Hockey regular season tilt from the Ronald B Stafford Ice Arena with 1500 fans in attendance as the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Buffalo State Bengals. The game would start well for the home Cardinals as Felix-Antoine Parenteau would get the opening goal of the game coming on the power play at the 14:38 mark of the first period. The Cardinals would waste little time in extending their lead to 2-0 as Patrick Cole would find the back of the net just 1:52 later, and that's how the first period would come to an end. There would be no scoring in the second period as both goalies would be up to the task. In the third period, the Cardinals would add a third goal in the closing minutes of the game with 4:12 left in the game when Riley Sutherland would score as they secured the 3-0 win. In the winning effort for the Cardinals, Beau Lane would make 32 saves for the shutout as they go to 11-10 on the season. It would be the battle of the top two teams in Section VII Boys' Hockey as the Beekmantown Eagles would host the Saranac Lake/Lake Placid Lakers, with the winners taking over first place in the standings as they come down the stretch. The Eagles would take the 1-0 lead just 6:18 into the game when Pryce Parker would find the back of the net. There would be 2:45 left in the first period, and a hit would send an Eagle into the glass, shattering it and delaying the game for around 45 minutes. The teams would come back, finish the period, and play the second period, with no scoring, as both teams had their chances but couldn't light the lamp. The game would enter the third period when the Eagles would extend their lead to 2-0 at the 12:45 mark on Pryce Parker's second of the night. Then, just over two minutes later, the Eagles would extend the lead to 3-0. The Lakers would get on the board in a span of 36 seconds from Braden Harvey and Ayden McCormick to make it a 3-2 game in the final minute, but the Eagles would add the empty netter from Pryce Parker to secure the 4-2 victory. It would be a slow start for both teams as they looked to gain their footing, as the Blue Bombers would have the 7-6 lead at the end of the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Blue Bombers would find their footing as they would have an 11-6 quarter and take the 18-12 lead into the intermission. When the teams returned for the second half, it was a defensive contest, with the Blue Bombers holding on for a 7-5 halftime lead and a 25-17 victory. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals celebrate as they get the game-winner in overtime to beat #4 Middlebury. It would be a battle of former national champions from the Ronald B Stafford Ice Arena as the #4 Middlebury Panthers would travel across the lake to take on the #15 Plattsburgh State Cardinals as they both look for an important win as they look to the NCAA Tournament, with 400 fans in attendance. The game would remain scoreless through the first period as the Panthers would get the opening goal of the game at the 3:52 mark of the second period when Avery McInerny would find the back of the net and make it a 1-0 game. The game would stay there until the 12:14 mark of the period, when the Cardinals would make it 1-1 on Bailey MacKellar's goal as they crashed the net and stuffed it home. The game would stay there through the rest of regulation, as both teams would have their chances to get the go-ahead goal but not get past the goalies, who stood tall. The game would head to overtime, where Bailey MacKellar would find the back of the net as she charged down the goalie to get the 2-1 Cardinals victory. In the wCardinals' inning effort, Faddy Stetson made 14 saves as they improved to 13-6 and return to conference play on the road this weekend. As for the Middle Panthers,, Sophia Willmadee 46 saves as theyfelll to 12-3-3 on the year. Gallery
