44 Special Reloaded and Scoob Van Der Weet carries the front wheels down the track and takes the win in the Super Farm Tractors with a 353-foot pull. GREENWICH, N.Y. — The annual Washington County Fair welcomed the New York Tractor Pullers Association on Saturday for a two-session pulling event featuring nearly 50 competitors across five powerful divisions. Fans packed the grandstands to watch action on the dual tracks as some of the Northeast's top pullers battled for victories in the Super Stock Diesel Tractors, Limited Pro Tractors, Modified Tractors, Super Farm Tractors, and Two-Wheel Drive Trucks. The Super Stock Diesel Tractors opened the day's competition with a strong 15-tractor field. Early in the class, Jacob Blefance put Chain Reaction atop the leaderboard with an impressive 341-foot pass on the fourth hook of the afternoon. One by one, competitors attempted to chase down the mark, but Blefance remained the leader for much of the session. Late in the class, however, Robert Horton and Lil Less Patience found another level of power. With only three hooks remaining, Horton thundered down the track to 366 feet, taking over the lead by more than 20 feet and securing the class victory. On the second track, the Limited Pro Tractors brought another 15 entries to the fairgrounds. The class started with a bang as the team tractors Borderline to Heaven and Borderline Obsession immediately set the standard with passes of 313 and 315 feet. Despite numerous challengers throughout the afternoon, neither tractor was displaced from the top of the leaderboard. When the final competitor had completed their run, Jeff Dana's Borderline to Heaven stood victorious after leading the field from the very beginning. The mighty Modified Tractors were next to make their appearance, with five competitors ready to battle. John Duggan and Road Runner wasted no time making a statement, blasting down the track for a class-leading 377-foot effort. The rest of the field gave chase, but no one could match Duggan's distance. The closest challenge came from Underestimated, which reached 349 feet, leaving Duggan comfortably atop the standings and in possession of the Modified Tractor victory. The Super Farm Tractors delivered one of the afternoon's most competitive classes, featuring 10 strong entries. On the second pass of the class, Nathan Williams and Addiction put together a solid 347.96-foot run to establish the mark to beat. Several competitors came close, but the lead remained intact until Scoob Van der Weet brought 44 Special Reloaded to the starting line. Van der Weet responded with a tremendous 353-foot pass to move into first place. The very next competitor, Jacob St. Mary in 4th Generation, mounted a challenge with a 347-foot pull but settled for third. As the remaining tractors completed their runs, Van der Weet held firm to earn the Super Farm victory. The final class of the evening featured the crowd-favorite Two-Wheel Drive Trucks. Dave Sheldon and Shaggy established the initial benchmark with a 287-foot run that stood for most of the class. Competitors continued to attack the mark, but none could improve upon it until the next-to-last hook of the night. Mike Martel drove Hay Shaker to a winning distance of 294 feet, moving into the top position and hanging on through the final competitor to claim the class victory. As another successful Washington County Fair event came to a close, attention now shifts to a busy Labor Day Weekend for the NYTPA. The organization will make four stops over three days, beginning September 4 with appearances at the Montgomery County Fair and Fonda Speedway, kicking off a weekend that promises plenty more horsepower and excitement for pulling fans across New York. Joey St. Mary and the Cowboy Cadilliac give the locals a thrill as he would take it 319 feet and get a 4th place in the Limited Pro Tractors. MALONE, N.Y. — The New York Tractor Pullers Association (NYTPA) made its annual return to the Franklin County Fairgrounds on Sunday afternoon, bringing some of the Northeast's top truck and tractor pullers to a packed grandstand crowd. A total of 32 entries across five divisions put on a spectacular show of horsepower and determination as competitors battled for top honors on the Franklin County track. The event featured Super Stock Tractors, Super Farm Tractors, Limited Pro Stock Tractors, Two-Wheel-Drive Trucks, and Super Stock 4x4 Trucks. The first class to take to the track was the Super Stock Tractors. Despite a small field of three competitors, the class produced an entertaining battle. Veteran puller Rick Eakins used his experience at the Malone track to his advantage, guiding Shelby to the victory over High Hopes and Foolish Highlander. Next came the powerful Two-Wheel-Drive Trucks, where six competitors answered the call. The crowd roared as Howling Wolf put together the run of the class, becoming the only truck to surpass the 300-foot mark. The impressive pass secured the victory over Josh Perry and Sneaky Pete. The Super Farm Tractor division produced one of the most competitive classes of the afternoon, with eight entries taking their shot at the sled. It proved to be a banner day for John Deere machines as they claimed the top two positions. In a tight battle, Jason Van De Weert piloted 44 Special Reloaded to the victory by just two feet over Karl Durant and Big Game. The competition heated up even more in the Limited Pro Stock Tractor division. Six entries took part, but it quickly became clear that anyone failing to reach 300 feet would not be in contention. Four competitors eclipsed the mark, setting up a thrilling finish. In the end, Andre Bourdeau and Secret Weapon claimed the win by six feet over Jeff Dana and Borderline to Heaven. The evening concluded with the fan-favorite Super Stock 4x4 Trucks, which drew a strong field of nine competitors. The class came down to the final hook of the night as the leaders continued to swap positions. When the dust settled, Dan Komarony and All Bottled Up delivered the winning run, finishing eight feet ahead of Jon Zakarauskas and The Hulk. The Franklin County Fair stop marked another successful event for the NYTPA as competitors and fans alike enjoyed an afternoon filled with horsepower and close competition. The association now turns its attention to the Washington County Fair in Greenwich, New York, on August 29, following a brief break while many teams focus on the prestigious National Tractor Pulling Championships in Bowling Green, Ohio, scheduled for August 19-22. Burt Stannard and Determination carried the wheels down the track for a run of 254 feet for a fifth-place finish in the Super Stock Tractors class. The New York State Tractor Pullers would make their annual return to the Franklin County Fair to close out the week at the fair and also end a four-day stretch of pulling for the NYTPA. The NYTPA would bring six classes for the evening with the Modified Tractors, Super Stock Tractors, Super Stock Trucks, Super Farm Tractors, Limited Pro Tractors, and the Two Wheel Drive Trucks with a total of 40 entries. First out of the box would be the Super Stock Trucks and the winner would be All Bottled Up and Dan Komarony with a pull of 314 feet beating out the Mad Dog by four feet for the win. Then next up would be the would-be Limited Pro Tractors and the winner would be Roddy Burns and Blindside by just over three feet over the Udder Obsession. Then we would have the mighty Two Wheel Drive Trucks and the winner would be the Bear Express as he would put about 20 feet on the competition as the old Ken Brockman Kodiak truck lives on. Then we would have the Super Farm Tractors and the first tractor out the Addiction and Nate Williams would lay down the mark to beat and they would all come after him but Extreme Pleasure would come the closest but would still be nine feet away to give the Addiction the win. Then we would have the Modified Tractors their numbers might have been small but they were not lacking in power as one had two jet turbines and the others were both with allision aircraft engines and the jet turbines would get the win with Lee Poement and the New York. Then to finish of the evening would be the Super Stock Tractors and the win would go to Robbie Horton and the Lil Less Patience by just over foot over Lance Micek and High Hopes. The NYTPA will be back in action in just three short days as they will invade the Delaware County Fair on August 16th. Gallery

Chad Poirier and his Limited Pro Desiel were on a pass until the end when she became a fireball at the end of the pull. It would be the opening night of the Clinton County Fair and it would be the annual truck and tractor pull brought to you by the Adirondack Truck Tractor Pullers with 12 classes and just over 50 entries ranging from Stock Truck and Tractors all the way up to the Super Stock Trucks and the Limited Pro Desiel Trucks. Full Pull would be the name of the day as there were many hooks that were over 300 feet and there was a good amount that still went over 400 feet and the best one of the day was about 510 feet. The winner of the 12 classes would be Fay Cheney (Enhanced Gas Trucks), Dawson Bourdeau (Hot Farm Tractors), Walter Cheney ( Stock StreetTrucks), Dayton Roberts (Work Trucks), Rick Abare (2.5 Desiel Trucks), Jon Babbie (9,500lb & 13,00lb Stock Tractors), Gene Chauvin (8,000lb Stock Tractors), Caniac (Two Wheel Drive Trucks), John Myers (Altered Stock Tractors), Mike Wilson (Pro Limited Desiel Trucks) and Joey Michad (Super Stock Trucks).
